Xbox Elite 2 controller repair

For Elite Series 2 only.

To keep website ordering simple, sticks and bumper button repairs are done in pairs. Left and right side done together. 

We are not offering service for trigger repair, sticky buttons, or paddle button repair on the elite controller. 

This is a mail-in repair service. You need to mail your controller in for repair.  You pay after the service is completed. 

This service includes free return shipping.

People often ask about TMR sticks for the elite controller. They are not available. The magnetic stick caps on the elite controller interfere with the sensors in magnetic sensing sticks like Hall Effect or TMR. Replacing the original metal stick caps that come with interchangable grips with a regular plastic stick cap removes the premium feel from the controller, so we don't offer that as an option.
