Warranty Request

If you believe a repair performed by DVD Game Exchange Repair Center has failed or caused another issue with your device, please complete the form below.

Standard repairs are warrantied for 60 days from the return delivery date. A warranty request must be submitted within that 60-day period.

Warranty coverage applies to defects in the specific service we performed and does not provide warranty coverage for unrelated components or failures of the device.

Do not ship your device until your request has been reviewed and you have received instructions from us.

Important Warranty Exclusions

Before submitting a request, please review your original invoice and service description.

Devices documented by DVD Game Exchange Repair Center during the original service as having liquid damage, corrosion, or insect infestation are not eligible for warranty coverage.

If your original invoice or service description identifies any of these conditions, please do not submit a warranty request, as the repair was performed without warranty coverage.

Tell Us About the Problem

Did the device work properly after you received it back from us? *
Which best describes your warranty request? *
Tell us exactly what the device is doing now. Include symptoms, error messages, intermittent behavior, or anything else that may help us understand the problem.

Has the device been opened, repaired, modified, or worked on by anyone since our service? *

Important Warranty Information

All standard repairs performed by DVD Game Exchange Repair Center are warrantied for 60 days from the return delivery date.

For purposes of determining whether a warranty claim was submitted within the warranty period, the date this Warranty Request form is submitted will be used as the date of the claim.

Warranty coverage applies only to defects in the specific service originally performed. It is not a warranty on the entire device.

For example, if your device received a power repair, the warranty covers a failure of the power repair we performed. It does not cover a later failure of the HDMI circuit, disc drive, storage, cooling system, or another component that was not part of the original repair.

If another function of the device stopped working and you believe our repair caused that problem, you may submit a warranty request. We will evaluate the device to determine whether the reported problem is related to the service we performed.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer, new damage occurring after service, or unrelated failures.

Devices documented by DVD Game Exchange Repair Center during the original service as having liquid damage, corrosion, or insect infestation are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Tamper-Evident Warranty Seals

DVD Game Exchange Repair Center may apply tamper-evident warranty stickers or seals to serviced devices.

Removal, alteration, damage, peeling, or removal and reapplication of a tamper-evident warranty sticker or seal applied by DVD Game Exchange Repair Center automatically voids warranty coverage for that repair.

The warranty seal must remain intact for the duration of the applicable warranty period.

Warranty Review

Submitting this form does not constitute approval of warranty service. We will review your request and, when necessary, inspect the device before determining whether the reported problem is covered.

If a warranty claim is approved, warranty service means that DVD Game Exchange Repair Center will repair the covered issue again at no charge.

After reviewing your request, we will provide the appropriate shipping or drop-off instructions. Do not ship your device before receiving instructions.
