Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final
All products and services—new, pre-owned, or refurbished—are sold as is and are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

2. Exceptions for Defective Items or Shipping Damage

  • If an item arrives damaged in transit or defective on arrival, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • We will repair, replace, or provide store credit at our sole discretion after verifying the issue.

3. Service & Repair Work

  • All console and controller repairs are backed by our standard [90 day repair warranty] on the specific work performed.

  • This warranty does not cover new problems unrelated to the original repair, misuse, or accidental damage.
