4. Once your controller is ready, we’ll send an invoice via Square. Any applicable quantity discount will be reflected on the invoice.
5. After payment, we ship your controller back – with tracking, for free.

• This service is for stock, unmodified controllers only.
• Controllers with prior modifications are not eligible for this repair service.
• If your controller has additional defects, such as buttons or face buttons that do not work properly, those repairs may require an additional fee.
• Not all additional controller defects are repairable or services we offer. If your controller has problems beyond the analog sticks or face buttons, we strongly recommend contacting us for a quote before placing your order and shipping the controller.
