  2. Prep & ship. Pack just the console (no cords/controllers) with your order number inside. Use the address we email after checkout.
  3. We diagnose & repair. Typical bench time is fast once it’s on the bench. If anything falls outside flat-rate, you’ll be contacted first.
  4. Invoice via Square. When finished, an invoice is sent through Square so you can pay securely with any major card online.
  5. We return ship free. Your console is packed safely and shipped back with tracking.

FAQ

Turnaround: Queue-dependent; most power repairs are completed shortly after arrival to our bench.

Warranty: 90-day limited warranty on the repaired fault.

What should I send? Console only. Remove discs, hard drive upgrades are not required for testing.

Liquid damage? We can attempt it. If corrosion is extensive, we’ll quote before proceeding.

Important: If your console intermittently turns off after a few seconds, it’s often a protective shutdown due to a shorted rail or failing PSU—send it in as-is. Please do not attempt repeated power-cycling, as it can worsen the fault.
