This is a mail-in repair service. You must send your Nintendo Switch system to us for repair.
No payment is due upfront – we’ll invoice you only after the repair is complete.
Free return shipping is included.

📦 How It Works:

1. Add this repair service to your cart and complete checkout – this generates your order ID.
2. Ship your Switch system to us (you’ll receive shipping instructions after checkout).
3. We perform the repair and test your system for charging and TV dock compatibility.
4. Once your Switch is ready, we’ll send an invoice via Square.
5. After payment, we ship your working console back – with tracking, for free.

⚠️ Please Note:

• This service does not cover liquid damage. Systems not charging due to liquid damage are not eligible for this flat-rate repair.
• This service is for Switch, Switch Lite, and Switch OLED only – not compatible with Switch 2.
• If you send a system with liquid damage because you did not know, we will contact you to re-quote the repair.  We may also refuse the repair.
• This service is NOT available to modded, hacked, or homebrew consoles.  If you bricked your Switch trying to modify it, do NOT send it to us.
