This is a mail-in repair service. You must send your DualShock 4 controller to us for repair.
No payment is due upfront – we’ll invoice you only after the repair is complete.
Free return shipping is included.

• This service is for DualShock 4 controllers only (not compatible with DualSense PS5 controllers)
• Do not send controllers with liquid damage – they are not eligible for this repair service
