Console Detail Cleaning Service

This is a mail-in service.  You will be invoiced after we receive and service your device at our shop.

Our Console Detail Cleaning Service is a comprehensive cleaning and preventative maintenance service for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, and Xbox Series S.

Unlike a basic dust cleaning, this service involves complete disassembly of the console so that internal components can be properly cleaned and serviced.

What's Included

• Complete disassembly of the console
• Cleaning of all plastic housing components
• Complete internal dust removal
• Ultrasonic cleaning of the cooling fan
• PlayStation 5: Liquid Metal service and removal of APU oxidation as needed
• Xbox Series X|S: Removal of existing thermal paste and application of new thermal paste
• Reassembly and operational testing

Important Information

This is a cleaning and preventative maintenance service. It is not a repair service.

This service may resolve overheating caused by dust accumulation or thermal interface issues. However, it is not intended to repair consoles with hardware faults.

This service is not intended to correct issues such as:

• System freezing
• System crashes
• Video problems
• Power issues
• Other hardware failures

Contaminated Systems

The listed prices apply to consoles that require normal cleaning only.

Consoles contaminated by insects, animal urine, or other biohazards require substantially more labor and specialized cleaning procedures.

Contaminated consoles are billed at double the standard Detail Cleaning price.

By mailing or dropping off a console for this service, you agree that contamination found during service may result in the double-price contamination charge being applied.
