3. We repair & test the optical drive and resurface your discs. If unexpected damage is found, we’ll contact you first.
4. Invoice via Square — pay easily online with any debit/credit card once the repair is finished.
5. We ship it back with tracking and warranty coverage.

Turnaround & Warranty

• Typical repair time: 3–5 business days after we receive your console.
• 90-day warranty on the completed recap and laser adjustment.

• Remove memory cards and accessories before shipping.
• Pack well with padding to protect your console.
• Include your name, order number, email, and return address inside the box.
• We return-ship via USPS (or equivalent) at no extra cost.

Important Notes

• Because OEM lasers are no longer manufactured, this service does not include laser replacement.
• If your drive is beyond repair (for example, a completely failed laser diode), we’ll contact you with options.
• Do not send cords or memory cards with your system.
