• Ripped pad and trace restoration — billed at $3 per repair point (regularly $6 each)
• Replacement of additional failed or missing components
• Low-cost components such as diodes, capacitors, and filters will be billed as needed
• Higher-cost components such as the HDMI encoder will be billed separately

Additional Charges

• Boards with prior repair attempts, excessive damage, lifted pads, missing components, corrosion, or poor workmanship will incur additional bench labor
• This flat-rate service is intended for standard HDMI port replacements, not heavily damaged or neglected boards
• This service is intended for businesses seeking high-quality white-label repair services, not for submitting “horror project” boards at the flat-rate price

Liquid Metal Preparation Requirements

• The business customer is responsible for completely removing all liquid metal before shipping the motherboard
• The APU die and liquid metal containment sponge must be safely covered and protected to prevent any liquid metal leakage during shipping or handling
• Cleanup, contamination, or damage caused by leaked liquid metal may result in additional charges

Shipping and Liability

• All B2B orders are shipped uninsured
• By using this service, the business customer accepts that the B2B Foam Shipper Box provides acceptable protection for the motherboard
• The business customer assumes all risk for shipping damage, loss in transit, theft, or incorrect delivery
• DVD Game Exchange Repair Center is not liable for carrier-related loss, damage, theft, or misdelivery
• Free return shipping is available only when using our B2B Foam Shipper Box, sold separately

Service Terms

• Every motherboard will be tested before return shipment
• DVD Game Exchange Repair Center is not responsible for incorrect reassembly, installation damage, or other problems caused after the motherboard is returned
• Board serial numbers will be recorded and tracked.  We may also mark or label the board.
• Additional defective or missing components will be diagnosed and replaced to the best of our ability
• Any parts or labor beyond the standard HDMI port replacement will be billed in addition to the base fee.
